The MPPT charging controller with a 60A capacity features a 4-stage battery charging algorithm designed for fast, efficient, and safe charging. The stages include Bulk Charge, Boost Charge, Float Charge, and Equalization. The controller supports a wide range of solar voltage and power, accepting high PV input power and voltage. It can handle solar voltage up to 160V. For a 12V battery system, it is recommended to use a solar power of 720W with a suggested range of DC20V to DC80V; for a 24V system, 1440W at 105V is suggested; for a 36V system, 2100W at 150V is recommended; and for a 48V system, 2800W at 150V is advised.

By utilizing MPPT charging technology, the charging efficiency is enhanced by 15-30% through converting higher voltage to increased current. In case of excessive controller temperature, the charging efficiency may decrease. The Y&H controller features a metal shell with multiple cooling holes and fan cooling to prevent overheating during prolonged operation.

This controller supports batteries with different voltages (12V/24V/36V/48V) and is compatible with various types of batteries (lead-acid and lithium, customizable by the user). It comes with preset charging parameters for Sealed, Gel, Flooded, and LI (LFP) batteries, while allowing customization of charging parameters for other types of batteries based on your needs.

Comprehensive protection against short circuit, overcurrent, reverse polarity, and more; The detailed LCD screen and 4 buttons make operating this solar controller very straightforward. Quick customer service support and clear wiring instructions are provided.

A device that regulates the charging and discharging process using Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) control algorithm. This series of products can efficiently and quickly identify the optimal point for maximum power output from a photovoltaic array, ensuring timely utilization of solar energy. This results in a significant enhancement in energy efficiency, with a maximum conversion efficiency of up to 99.5%.

Automatically following the maximum power point enhances charging efficiency by 10% to 30% compared to controllers lacking this feature, offering high efficiency, energy savings, and intelligence.

This MPPT series offers the following benefits: - Multiple protection features to safeguard your battery during charging. - Simple installation, easy configuration, complete intelligence. - Comprehensive installation instructions and complimentary technical assistance. - Achieves charging efficiency of up to 99%. - Enhanced charging efficiency through heat dissipation using metal housing and a fan.

Efficiently low power consumption when on standby; Various application scenarios such as home solar power systems, monitoring systems, base stations, street lamp systems, RVs, yachts, ships, and more are available for development; Long-press button for 5 seconds to access function key: adjust customizable parameters, increase or decrease values, and automatically save changes after 5 seconds;

To quickly set up, change the battery type to user mode, set FLD=PV OFF=battery fully charged voltage, and then you can begin charging as usual.

The MPPT protection device includes safeguards such as open circuit protection, battery overcharge protection, battery over discharge protection, lightning protection, positive and negative polarity reverse connection protection, and a three-stage charging mode which consists of constant current, constant voltage, and float charging for fast, efficient, and safe charging.

Step 3: Initial use - understand the installation steps: 1. Start by connecting the battery. It is advisable to fully charge the battery before the initial wiring. 2. Connect the load. 3. Connect the PV input. Step 4: Familiarize yourself with the controller's display screen and the setup process. Step 5: Various load control modes. Step 6: Battery charging stages - the controller features 3-stage charging mode: Constant Current Charging, Constant Voltage Charging, and Floating Charging, ensuring rapid, efficient, and safe battery charging.

For a 12V system (with a 12V battery), the solar panel operates normally within a voltage range of 18V to 72V. For a 24V system (with a 24V battery), the solar panel operates normally within a voltage range of 36V to 96V.

The solar panel operates normally with an access voltage range of 72V to 144V.

It is not advisable to connect the DC water pump to the controller's load port due to the risk of overloading from the pump's initial current surge. You can try using a DC pump with a power rating of less than 200 watts.
